An unfermented selection of a popular basic
quality tea that preserves the delicacy of good
Darjeeling tea from the Himalayas of India.
Please do not over steep. Use water at about
170 degrees and steep measured tealeaves ( one
tsp per cup) ONLY 2 minutes. Save the leaves
for another fusion. Tea will be very light in
color. Steep by the clock - not by color.
Each 4 ounce tin yields about 50 cups.
