Irene Nielsen, entrepreneur: Irene is very interested in providing a special arena for you to be the star with your guests and family. Her education and entrepreneurial experiences are diverse from military service, health care practitioner, associate professor, financial services and protocol and etiquette studies but she finds most joy in creating an environment in which you can be the star

Bryan Katchay, Catering and Special Events Manager, joined the Stockholm Restaurant team after 21 years in Higher Education administration with duties including event and conference planning as well as marketing and networking. As a key person at the Stockholm, Bryan balances diverse roles such as:

hosting guests in the Stockholm dining room

meeting Central and North Central Kansas businesses to partner our gourmet foods with area entrepreneurs

consulting with business/organizations about catering for special events and meetings
